Happy 2025 from the Michelle and Kevin Croft Family!

We are so grateful for our wonderful friends and family, both far and near. You bless and enrich our lives, we love you! We are grateful for the growth and change our family has experienced over the past few years, as well as for the things that have stayed the same. We still call Utah home, and we still love to travel and explore the world. We are still immeasurably grateful for the gift of our Savior, and cherish each other and the memories we have made. We also welcome the new interests and experiences that have come into our lives as our children have grown and their horizons broadened. Sending our love and best wishes for the new year!

January 14-22: We went on a Disney Caribbean cruise on the then newest ship to the Disney Cruise Line family: Wish, started sailing July 2022. The private island Castaway Cay was included in this cruise. This is our 3rd of our 6 Disney cruises with the island involved. Here are some things I loved about the ship: pools, Cabanas (Breakfast and Lunch), Disney Lounge, and Trivia. Sadly, they didn't have Animators Palate like the 4 then current ones. But I was happy that they had a restaurant themed after one of my favorite Disney movie series: Frozen-Arendelle. I also loved seeing the new Wish movie in 1 of their 2 movie theaters instead of 1, the usual Buena Vista on those 4 ships: Deck 5, Midship. We went on a 5-day Summer one(8/17-22) on the Magic for the 3rd time to Castaway Cay and Nassau, Bahamas. We got off at CC but not N, since we had been there before. 2 months before, we did a 2-week vacation to Hawaii. These are some of the cities we visited: Hana(with the road), Hale'wa, and Honolulu. We swam at beaches. We had Matsumoto's Shave Ice every day. We visited our private property. We ate at lots of good places we had and hadn't been to before like a plaza in Laie. We spent 2 days with my cousin, Adelyn and her fiance, Leo(aka Emile) at BYU-Hawaii the past 2 years while Grace and Ethan were back in Salt Lake City for youth conference(7/29-8/1). They got married on the 12th, having the reception at her dad, my uncle Jacob's house around the corner for 2 hours at 7:30 P.M. They are now in New York for his study of Communications at Columbia U in upper western Manhattan after that and a week at our Wanship family cabin for their honeymoon. We had our Thanksgiving parties as normal. For Christmas, we had our Croft family one on the 15th since my aunt Ali(dad Kevin's younger sister), her husband, uncle Russ, and their 2 kids, Tycee and Crofton(ages 9 and 3) were going on a weeklong Disney cruise with Russ's family(22-29) for their Christmas. We had ours on Christmas and then the next 2 days were with Mom's family in Midway. Aunt Melinda(mom Michelle's youngest sister), her husband, uncle Jeff, and cousin Max(age 1) were in Idaho Falls with Jeff's family this year. Yesterday at 10:45 A.M. at the Sugarhouse Cinemark, we saw the new Moana 2. I have been waiting forever to see this movie since it's release on 11/27. While school was hard this year, I had these fun moments and lots more. I'm wishing you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

This has been a wonderful year for me! I've had many meaningful expriences and have grown a lot! My year has consisted of trying new things and improving upon the old. I have been lucky enough to continue in my school choir ( Madrigals), my school theatre program, and piano lessons along with school. My year started with a performance of "Revue" at Highland High School. After, I was fortunate enough to Play Mrs. Tommelio in "Fortress", our school's One Act Play that took second at Region and Fifth at state. I also performed a Musical Theatre number in Region and State competitions, earning a superior ranking. In between competitions, My grandmother Tano, my cousins Eleanore, Katie, Adelyn, and I went to Disney land on a girls trip. We had delicious food, and the time of our lives together. During spring break my family and I visited New Orleans. After, I continued working with Madrigals and Concert Choir, and we earned a Superior Ranking at Large Choir State Competition. At the end of the school year I played Ted in "Peter and the StarCatcher," our end of year play. Over the summer I visted DC with my father and learned more about our wonderful nation. We then visited New York and I was able to see Hamilton, Hadestown, and Hamlet. We then visited Long Island, were I was born, and my dad broke into his old school to show me around. After, we did a road trip through Virginia. Then I went to visit my cousins Ryan and Ren in Tennesee where we had yummy food, visisted beautiful places, and mastered two escape rooms. My family then visited Hawaii were we were joined by my cousin Eleanore. It was a beautiful trip with more yummy food and exciting activities. Later in the summer we did a road trip to Montana and leanred how to fly fish. After, we went camping in Yellowstone National Park. We ended the summer with a Disney Cruise to Mexico. I started the school year as an online early college student at BYU Idaho. My in person classes at Highland Highschool were Theatre and Choir. At the beginning of the school year we started working on our Fall Musical - "Hadestown". I played the part of Eurydice. I feel so lucky to have had this experience because "Hadestown" is my favorite musical. I am aslo lucky enough to be on Drama council as an Events Coordinator this year. Whilst rehearsing for Hadestown, my Advanded Theatre class put together our fall Murder Mystery play titled, "This Murder was Staged." I played Taylor and Sylvia. My family was fortunate enough to go on Disney Cruise over UEA Break. Following "Hadestown" we began preparing for "Revue" again this year. I was chosen to be a director and we are currently working on the project to be performed January 15th-17th. I finished out my semester at BYUI and spent time with family. I had a wonderful Christmas and I am so grateful to all those around my who fulfill my life. Thank you so much for reading my crazy long paragraph and Happy New Year!

This year I was able to go to hawaii and do a cool backflip off a rock. I am also having a great time in 8th grade. I am turning 14 in 2 months on march 7th. I got an xbox for christmas and my favorite game is probably valorant. I have a dog named sadie and she is the best dog in the whole world. We also did a yes hour on the 29th and we did a try not to laugh challenge and it was hilarious. That is what is/was going on in my life.

My year was great. We went on two disney cruises and we went to hawaii.I have lots of friends. I like to eat ice cream, play with our Dog Sadie. I like to play soccer too and my team is good at it. I love my bedroom. Church is fun. We jumped off the rock in our clothes in hawaii and then got shaved ice.

This year i had a great time. I liked jumping off the rock in our clothes. My favorite dessert is crepes. And I also like my family so much and my life was great. My famovrite sport is football and I get to play it alot with my friends and I have very much fun with them. I like to wrestle with my daddy. My mom is the best mom in the whole wild world. I love my brothers and sisters too. My birthday is next week. I think i'm going to have a great time at my birthday party. I hope you guys have a great year. I wish you a happy new yeeeeeeeear!
